What we collect
The name, email address and headcount (how many people you are bringing) you enter when registering. We also record when you gave your consent.
We ask for and keep nothing else: no postal address, no phone number, no payment details.
Why
So we know how many seats to prepare, so we can send you a confirmation, and so we can find your name at the door on the day of the lecture.
Where it is stored
The data sits on the organisers' own server, hosted in the European Union and reached over an encrypted connection. Only the organisers can see it; we do not pass it on, sell it, or use it for advertising.
How long
We delete all personal data within 90 days after the event.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You can also cancel your registration yourself using the link in the confirmation email, which frees your seat immediately.
